Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform daily checks (continuity, current, voltage & resistance) and diagnostics on equipment.
- Repair, install & test equipment (transformers, regulators, motors, generators, electrical control systems)
- Design control panels and install circuit power distribution.
- Interpret the requirements of the Canadian Electrical Code and ensure compliance
- Responding to emergencies during breakdown
- Bending Conduit
- PLC programming an asset
- Other related tasks
- 309A Electrician- Construction & Maintenance trade certification or a college degree in electrical engineering/instrumentation/control that is recognized as being equivalent.
- Registered with Skilled Trades Ontario
- Three to five years of experience in an industrial environment as an Electrician; preferably in the industrial construction industry.
- Familiarity with the OHSA and the Ontario Electrical Code
- Available to work shifts
- Efficient and organized
- Demonstrate collaborative spirit and initiative
- Analytical, conscientious and flexible
- Results oriented, in compliance with safety standards

Rassaun Services is looking for Welder/Fitters.
- Positions are Fulltime with a 3 Month probationary period, overtime available, training and apprenticeships available. Wage Ranges (dependent on skill set, ability, tickets, etc.)
- Apprentice & Non C of Q - $25-34/hour
- C of Q or equivalent- $35-40/hour
- Welder Trade Certification an asset along with TSSA certification(s) and/or CWB certification(s).
- 3-5 years experience welding and/or fitting
- TIG & SMAW experience an asset.
- Will be required to provide some of own tools.
- May be required to travel with crew to job sites around South Western Ontario. Typically within 0.5- 2 hours of head office location.

Job Qualifications / Requirements:
- Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate of Qualification (433A);
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an industrial environment;
- CWB Weld Tickets an Asset
- We are a 24/7 Service Company which may require you to work overtime and take call ins.
- This means that you may be required to work different days of the week each time you rotate shifts. In other words, you may be required to work Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;
- Will be required to travel with crew to job sites around South Western Ontario. Typically within 05.- 2 hours of head office location (Simcoe, ON in Norfolk County)
- Will be required to provide some of own tools.
- Training is available for the right candidates
- Handle, and transport materials and tools using equipment;
- Operate and inspect material handling equipment (such as overhead & mobile cranes); light mobile equipment (such as forklifts, pickup trucks);
- Operate mechanical equipment (i.e. pipe threader, cut off saw);
- Operate and inspect hand-held equipment (such as torches, oxygen lances, pneumatic/power actuated tools and hand tools);
- Install, Maintain or repair operating equipment;
- Read and interpret blueprints/drawings, produce rough sketches (abbreviations, symbols for machining/welding/assembly, tolerances);
- Set up and perform alignments on equipment;
- Demonstrate good housekeeping practices at all times to help maintain a safe work area;
- Trouble shoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, compressors, pumps and turbines;
- Work with heavy industrial equipment.
- Working Environment: Industrial, Manufacturing, Processing Plants, Aggregate.
- Machinery and Equipment install & repair, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, new installs.

Key Responsibilities
- Form different materials (i.e. 16 gauge up to 11/2 inch thick) & finish as per prints provided
- Select and change dies
- Determine correct braking sequence
- Use proper devices to verify specifications
- Read and Interpret blueprints and drawings effectively
- Inspect, verify material, and dimensions of parts prior to braking
- Keep a clean and safe work area
- Perform other duties as required
- Ability to setup and run a Brake Press as well as a Shear, Saw & Other tools.
- Ability to weld
- Ability to read blueprints and data sheets
- Basic math skills
- Previous Forklift & Crane experience a definite asset
- Physically fit for heavy lifting of >35 lbs
